Hi Rich,
Thanks for setting this up for the carnival...submissions are coming in slowly right now, but once the carnival is rolling this will be a good spot for updates and links to host sites, assuming the carnival travels.
My current thinking is that the carnival go on a biweekly schedule, but want to see how it goes. You should have an e-mail from me. :-)
